The following Terms & Conditions outline the working agreement between you, the client and Nature Focus Zakynthos.
- Bookings are finalised once the deposit or full payment has been received and the booking has been confirmed by Nature Focus Zakynthos, via email. Any outstanding payments must be made before the day of the workshop.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless workshop is cancelled due to unsuitable weather conditions.
- Nature Focus Zakynthos reserve the right to postpone or cancel a workshop if weather conditions are unfavourable. In this instance all money received will be fully refunded if a new date cannot be agreed upon.
- Zakynthos Nature Focus create the workshops to be safe, fun and educational, participants are aware the workshops are conducted on uneven trails and rough ground, agreeing to take part is accepting responsibility for your own safety.
- Nature Focus Zakynthos cannot be held liable for any accident, personal injury, or loss of personal items.
